Jeffrey D. Greenwell

Jeff is a lifetime resident of Posey County, Indiana and owner of “Smart Retirement Solutions, LLC”.   He has been providing solutions for his clients to protect their assets from healthcare costs, estate liquidity and the risk associated with a volatile stock market for over 15 years. Jeff’s 24 years of Naval Service is indicative to his commitment to service to his community and nation. His Bachelor of Science degree from Oakland City College prepared him to help his clients find solutions to their financial concerns. Jeff holds a series 6, 63 and 65 securities registrations which allow his clients to choose the terms of their advisory relationship.  Jeff holds insurance licenses in Indiana, Illinois, Kentucky and Ohio to provide Life, Health and Annuity products. 

Jeff resides in rural New Harmony, Indiana on a farm that has been in his wife’s Vicky’s family for over 200 years. Vicky has been the co-owner of the Green Duck Hair Salon in Mount Vernon for over 30 years. Jeff and Vicky have been married for 41 years and they have two children Amanda and Daniel. Amanda is a Doctor of Audiology and Daniel is a Navy veteran and video game designer. 

In their spare time they enjoy traveling and going to the movies.  The Greenwell’s are members of First United Methodist Church of Mount Vernon.

Jeff is a member of American Legion, Post 5 and Southwestern Indiana Chamber of Commerce.
