Nichole co-founded a marketing and advertising agency in 2007, bringing over 15 years of project management and 10 years of community outreach to her current role in financial services. With an MBA from Western Governors University, she has honed her expertise across corporate and small business sectors, driving her passion to make a positive impact.

From her youth, Nichole has been dedicated to helping others overcome challenges.
